El Alamein International Airshow 2026 to Launch with Aerospace Future Technology Symposium

The Aerospace Future Technology Symposium will open the El Alamein International Airshow 2026 on 7 September in El Alamein, Egypt, a day before the airshow runs from 7 to 10 September. The event will convene senior military leaders, government ministers, civil‑aviation authorities, space agencies and senior aerospace executives to discuss emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, next‑generation airpower, space capabilities and multi‑domain operations, as well as international collaboration.

Lockheed Martin is the headline sponsor of the symposium. The opening keynote will be delivered by Lieutenant General Amr Abdel Rahman Saqr, Commander of the Egyptian Air Force, who will outline Egypt’s strategic vision for aerospace power and regional security under the theme “Airpower as a Security Enabler for the Region.”
