The driver, a 29‑year‑old man, was detained at the scene and placed under the custody of the Fiscalía General de Justicia de la Ciudad de México. The vehicle was seized, and investigators are conducting forensic analysis to determine the exact cause of death and any criminal liability. The case remains under investigation.
