El Bilal Touré transfer to Parma close to completion

Parma are in advanced talks with Atalanta to bring Malian striker El Bilal Touré to the club. The deal would be structured as a €1.5 million loan for one season, with an option to buy for €10 million that becomes an obligation if certain performance conditions are met. Atalanta would retain a 10 % sell‑on clause on any future transfer.

The agreement also includes a contract for Touré lasting until 2031 – an initial year on loan followed by up to four additional seasons if the purchase option is exercised. The move aims to strengthen Parma’s attack after Touré’s limited playing time at Atalanta, where injuries and loan spells at Stuttgart and Besiktas have restricted his impact.
