El Bolsón announces audiovisual festival and hop festival dates

The town of El Bolsón, Argentina, has announced the scheduling for two major cultural events. The 11th edition of the Audiovisual Artistic Festival (FAA!) will take place from November 25 to 29, 2026. The festival, themed “What do you want to manifest?”, will feature short film competitions, animation, and documentaries. Highlights include a screening of “Nuestra Tierra” by director Lucrecia Martel and a discussion with screenwriter Patricio Vega.

Additionally, the 49th National Hop Festival (Fiesta Nacional del Lúpulo) is scheduled for February 18 to 21, 2027. Mayor Bruno Pogliano confirmed the event will remain free to the public. The musical lineup includes Los Charros de Lumaco, Los Caligaris, Ulises Bueno, and Abel Pintos. The festival is expanding to four days through a financial partnership between the local brewing sector and the Río Negro government. A traditional bingo will also feature a 450-square-meter plot of land as the grand prize.
