El Buen Gusto opens new location in Tunja

The gastronomic establishment El Buen Gusto has officially opened a new location in Green Hills, Tunja. The new site, located in unit 1G, aims to bring traditional Boyacá flavors closer to the residents of the Boyacá capital.

The business has a history spanning over four decades, originating in 1982 as a small six-meter stall in the Tierra Negra sector, established by Jacobo Rodríguez Mancipe on the road between Tunja and Bogotá. Over the years, it has grown into a regional reference for travelers, specializing in traditional items such as Boyacá arepas, corn arepas, almojábanas, and pan de yuca.
