El Calor de Cancún defeats CorreBasket UAT 90-83

El Calor de Cancún defeated CorreBasket UAT with a score of 90-83 in the first game of their series held at the Gimnasio Multidisciplinario of the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas.

While the first quarter was closely contested, El Calor de Cancún established a significant lead, heading into halftime with a 49-31 advantage. CorreBasket UAT attempted a comeback in the second half, led by Chancellor Calhoun, who scored 24 points. Despite scoring 32 points in the final period, the local team could not overcome the deficit.

Francis Kings led the visitors with 31 points. The second game of the series is scheduled to take place this Sunday at 18:15 at the UAT gymnasium.
