El Carmen de Viboral to host inaugural TuriMaster tourism event

The municipality of El Carmen de Viboral will host the first edition of TuriMaster from November 6 to 8. Led by the Secretariat of Tourism and Economic Development, the initiative serves as a promotional and commercial strategy to showcase the region's natural, cultural, and experiential wealth.

Visitors can choose between two categories: tourism experiences priced at $85,000 and tourism routes priced at $90,000. The event aims to integrate various actors in the tourism value chain, including formal guides, operators, accommodation providers, restaurants, transporters, artisans, and ceramists.

This pilot version is designed to stimulate local consumption, increase visitor circulation, and foster new commercial connections within the sector. It will also serve as a test to identify areas for improvement and strengthen the model for future editions, aiming to consolidate the municipality as a diverse travel destination.
