El Corazon launches public investment round for Las Vegas venue

El Corazon, a 23,000-square-foot luxury Mexican restaurant and events venue, has launched a Regulation Crowdfunding offering to allow public investment. The project is currently under construction at Treasure Island on the Las Vegas Strip and is targeting a debut in January 2027.

Developed by Jonathan Fine of Fine Entertainment, the venue is located in a high-traffic corridor near the Sphere and the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix circuit. Treasure Island has provided significant tenant improvement funds, while Fine Entertainment and private investors have contributed an additional $2 million toward the buildout. Fine, who manages a portfolio serving over 1 million patrons annually, has signed a 10-year lease for the space.
