El Corredor Mató Palafrugell qualifies for Catalan League final four

El Corredor Mató Palafrugell secured a place in the Catalan League final four despite a 5-3 defeat against Espanyol.

During the match, Espanyol took an early lead, but Palafrugell managed to narrow the gap to 2-1 before halftime thanks to a goal by Àlex Torres. In the second half, Espanyol extended their lead to 3-1. Although Vicente Daniel Soto scored for Palafrugell to bring the score closer, Espanyol eventually secured the win with a fifth goal.

Palafrugell will host the final four phase this weekend, with semifinals scheduled for Saturday and the final on Sunday, September 13.
