El Corte Inglés to invest in new Seville residential district

El Corte Inglés is moving forward with a major residential development project in the Su Eminencia area, located southeast of Seville. The project involves transforming approximately six hectares of former industrial land, previously occupied by the Induyco factory, into a new neighborhood.

The development is planned to include up to 607 homes, new buildings, streets, green spaces, public facilities, pedestrian areas, a boulevard, an event plaza, dog parks, and children's areas. Additionally, the plan provides for 981 parking spaces.

The urbanization project, designed by Buró4 Arquitectos, has been admitted for processing by the Urbanism Management office following definitive approval from the Seville City Council. While the project must still undergo public information phases and administrative resolutions, the execution of the urbanization works is estimated to take approximately one year.
