El Ejido launches free summer gymnastics and sports program

The Municipal Sports Institute in El Ejido has launched a free maintenance gymnastics program that has attracted nearly 300 participants. The initiative, which runs from July 1 to August 21, offers outdoor exercise sessions at various locations, including Parque Brisamar, Almerimar Rugby Field, and Parque El Palmeral de Balerma.

In addition to gymnastics, the summer program includes water sports, beach volleyball, 3x3 basketball, beach soccer, and cycling activities aimed at promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among citizens without the need for prior registration.
