El Loa Province schools recognized for academic results

Educational institutions in the El Loa Province, including schools, high schools, and colleges in Calama, San Pedro de Atacama, and Ollagüe, have been recognized for their academic performance and student attendance.

During a ceremony organized by the Antofagasta Regional Ministerial Secretariat of Education and the El Loa Provincial Department of Education, various directors and school teams were honored. Recognition was awarded based on high SIMCE test results and sustained efforts to maintain regular class attendance.

Carolina Moscoso, the Regional Ministerial Secretary of Education, emphasized that school teams are the protagonists of learning and highlighted that improving attendance aligns with the priorities of the Ministry of Education through the ‘Chile Aprende y Avanza’ program.
