El Mante presents Reto Mante MTB 2026 mountain biking event

Mayor Patty Chío de la Garza has officially presented the “Reto Mante MTB 2026,” a mountain biking competition held in El Mante, Tamaulipas. The event features a 45-kilometer route designed for participants aged 14 and older, catering to both competitive athletes and recreational riders.

The competition is expected to attract cyclists from various municipalities across Tamaulipas and the state of Nuevo León. Organizer Miguel Ángel Guerrero detailed the event's logistics, including the route, security measures, and prize structure. All registered participants will receive a medal, while top finishers will receive trophies.

To ensure participant safety, the event will include hydration stations, medical assistance, and support from Civil Protection and the Mexican Red Cross.
