El Paso authorities seek 10 fugitives

Crime Stoppers of El Paso has released photographs and descriptions of 10 fugitives sought by various local law enforcement agencies, including the El Paso Police Department (EPPD) and the El Paso County Sheriff's Office.

The individuals are being sought following unsuccessful attempts to locate them. Among those identified are Francisco Alvarez, wanted on a prior revocation warrant with no bond; Mason Carter Robinson, facing criminal damage charges; and Justin Uriel Cortazar, wanted for domestic assault involving the obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.

Other individuals on the list include Daniel Ortega, facing aggravated assault against a minor with no bond, and Bryan Gilberto Madrid, wanted for the manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance with a $100,000 bond.
