El Salvador President Bukele Opens State‑of‑the‑Art Rosales Hospital

President Nayib Bukele inaugurated the new Hospital Rosales, a modern medical complex built to replace the long‑neglected Rosales facility. The hospital features advanced technology, hybrid operating rooms and 61 intensive‑care and intermediate‑care beds.

It also includes the nation’s largest hemodialysis centre, targeting El Salvador’s high rates of chronic kidney disease, and will be offered free of charge to patients. The project is presented as a tangible sign of Bukele’s infrastructure‑focused governance, contrasting with previous administrations that relied on smaller, less comprehensive public works.
