El Salvador to host inaugural Fine Dining Week

El Salvador will host its first Fine Dining Week from October 12 to 16, featuring more than 100 national and international chefs. The event aims to stimulate the gastronomic and tourism sectors by positioning the country as a premier culinary destination and fostering knowledge exchange among professionals.

The week will conclude on October 17 with the first International Fine Dining Table Gala at the National Palace in San Salvador’s Historic Center. Adriana Larín, director of the Historic Center Authority, noted that integrating gastronomy into the national tourism strategy is essential for expanding visitor experiences and creating new business opportunities for local entrepreneurs.
