El Salvador weather forecast predicts scattered rain and north winds
The Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (MARN) has forecasted scattered rainfall across various regions of El Salvador. Expected precipitation will primarily affect the eastern sectors, including San Miguel, Usulután, La Unión, and Morazán, as well as the coastal areas and the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range.
Weather conditions are being influenced by weak north winds driven by a high-pressure system located northeast of Texas, United States. Wind speeds are expected to range between 10 and 20 kilometers per hour, with occasional gusts reaching 30 to 35 kilometers per hour.
While rain is anticipated in the central and eastern coasts, temperatures are expected to remain warm in several areas. Maximum temperatures could reach 35°C in San Miguel and 34°C in La Unión and Nueva Concepción. Other regions, such as San Salvador and Santa Ana, are expected to see highs between 29°C and 30°C.
