El Tony Mate Producer Academy 2026 opens applications for Ibiza residency

The Swiss energy drink brand El Tony Mate has opened applications for the second edition of its Producer Academy, a week‑long electronic‑music production retreat in Ibiza scheduled for 1 – 7 October 2026. Eight emerging European producers will be selected to receive mentorship from Berlin‑based artist SKALA and Spanish producer Kid Simius, with technical coaching, studio access and networking opportunities.

Applicants must submit an original track or remix created using exclusive sample packs provided by the mentors, with the deadline set for 23 August. Beatport will act as an official partner, evaluating entries and offering post‑academy exposure to the selected talent. Winners will receive travel, accommodation and full participation in masterclasses covering sound design, arrangement and mixing, as well as excursions to clubs and studios on the island.
