Elaia Investment Spain sells Fuengirola units for 7.22 million euros
Elaia Investment Spain has sold 76 tourist accommodation units within the El Puerto complex in Fuengirola, Málaga, for 7.22 million euros. The transaction, which was finalized in July following shareholder approval in June, resulted in a capital gain of approximately 950,000 euros.
The El Puerto complex is a three-star establishment located on the seafront and is operated by the French tourism group Pierre & Vacances.
This sale is part of a broader divestment strategy by the SOCIMI, which is owned by the Luxembourg-based Batipart Group. The company has been significantly reducing its Spanish real estate portfolio; its total assets decreased from nearly 120 million euros at its 2017 IPO to 17.76 million euros in 2025. Previous divestments include properties in Mallorca, Girona, and Madrid.
