Elaine Ng discusses raising daughter Etta Ng without financial support

Elaine Ng, a former entertainer, recently appeared on the HOY TV program ‘Nine Luck Guest Room 2’ to discuss her experiences raising her daughter, Etta Ng. Ng clarified that she was never required to undergo paternity testing and addressed online rumors regarding her personal life, stating she has engaged lawyers to handle defamatory claims.

Ng revealed that Etta’s father has never provided any financial support for her upbringing. Ng emphasized her independent mindset, noting that she never expected assistance and focused on solving problems herself. To protect her daughter from the complexities of adult relationships and the scrutiny of public gossip, Ng intentionally avoided discussing Etta’s father during her childhood.

Regarding their current relationship, Ng stated that their bond has ‘sublimated’ and they now interact like close friends. She noted that she has not provided financial assistance to Etta for the past two years, expressing pride in Etta’s ability to live independently and support herself while residing abroad.
