ELATEC modernizes automotive switchgear with Weidmüller technology
ELATEC, an energy distribution specialist based in Konz, is supporting a German automotive company in modernizing its medium-voltage switchgear. The project focuses on retrofitting existing systems to improve reliability and security.
To ensure stable energy distribution and secure data transmission between control systems and actuators, Weidmüller's SubstationLine switches were selected for the project. These switches are designed to meet high security requirements and provide the necessary speed for directing data packets within the substation's server infrastructure.
