Elavon and Sage renew payment partnership for UK and Ireland SMBs

Elavon, the merchant payments division of U.S. Bank, and business software provider Sage have renewed their partnership to provide integrated payment processing for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The extended agreement allows customers using Sage 50 and Sage 200 software to access Elavon’s acquiring and gateway services directly through their accounting, payroll, and financial management platforms. The collaboration aims to reduce operational complexity and simplify payment setups for growing businesses.

By embedding these payment capabilities, Sage customers can manage transactions within their existing software ecosystem. The partnership focuses on providing secure, scalable solutions that support day-to-day operations and help businesses explore additional revenue channels.
