Turkish football clubs gear up for 2026‑27 season with camps and transfers

Göztepe’s sporting director Ivan Mance said the club is actively pursuing a new goalkeeper and defensive reinforcements as it prepares for the 2026‑27 campaign, stressing the need for quick adaptation of incoming players.

Basaksehir FK coach Nuri Şahin highlighted the importance of a strong attacking display before the UEFA Conference League second‑leg in Finland, noting the squad is ready despite a short preparation window.

Trabzonspor released its Austrian camp roster, confirming 13 foreign players and the exclusion of Batista Mendy and John Lundstram. The club could add another foreign signing if defender Denis Draguş departs, raising its foreign‑player quota.

Konyaspor continued its preseason in Slovenia, planning the departure of midfielder Sander Svendsen, while Bursaspor President Enes Çelik described the team’s training at Düzce Topuk Yaylası and a forthcoming friendly against Shakhtar Donetsk.

Other clubs such as Arca Çorum FK, Elazığspor and Galatasaray also reported their training schedules, emphasizing intensive physical work, double‑session drills and squad stability ahead of the new season.
