Elbit Systems secures defense contracts worth $435 million

Elbit Systems has announced two major defense contracts totaling approximately $435 million.

In the Asia-Pacific region, the company secured roughly $200 million in contracts to provide airborne intelligence, surveillance, targeting, and training systems to an undisclosed country. The agreement, expected to be executed over five years, includes SPECTRO 12 multispectral surveillance payloads for helicopters, upgrades to airborne training systems, and advanced Head-Up Displays featuring high-resolution imaging and low power consumption.

Separately, Elbit Systems was awarded a $235 million contract to supply a European customer with EXTRA-MR (Medium Range) rockets and Precise & Universal Launching System (PULS) rocket artillery systems. This contract, facilitated through a government-to-government agreement between the Israeli Ministry of Defense and the customer's Ministry of Defense, will be performed over three years. The EXTRA-MR system is designed for precision engagement of targets at ranges up to 80 km.
