Elbit Systems secures €210 million rocket contract in Europe

Elbit Systems has announced a contract valued at approximately €210 million ($235 million) to supply PULS rocket artillery systems and EXTRA-MR guided rockets to an undisclosed European nation. The deal is being executed through a government-to-government agreement between the Israeli Ministry of Defense and the purchasing country's defense ministry.

The contract, which is expected to be fulfilled over a three-year period, includes the delivery of the EXTRA-MR, a medium-range version of the EXTRA supersonic rocket system designed for precision strikes at ranges of up to 80 kilometers. The agreement also covers the supply of PULS launchers, additional rocket artillery platforms, and integrated logistical support.

Elbit Systems CEO Bezhalel Machlis stated that the award reflects growing international demand for advanced rocket and launcher capabilities. The PULS system features an open architecture, allowing for integration with various command, control, and intelligence systems.
