Elburg road maintenance scheduled for August 2026

Maintenance work is scheduled for the Oostelijke Rondweg in Elburg between August 24 and September 5, 2026. The project involves replacing the existing asphalt layer and performing work on curbs and verges between the Eperweg/Zuiderzeestraatweg roundabout and the Oostendorperstraatweg roundabout.

To maintain accessibility for residents and businesses, most work will occur at night. During these night shifts, which are expected to last four nights starting September 1, the road will be closed from 19:00 to 06:00. Daytime traffic will be able to pass through the section. A detour route will be provided for the Oostendorp business park, though access to the Broeklanden business park will be very limited, with no access during the third night of work.
