Elche grants license for new hotel complex in Arenales del Sol

The Elche Local Government Board has granted an environmental and construction license to MiraClot SL for a new hotel-apartment complex in Arenales del Sol. Located near the Carabassí beach, the project will be built on a plot of nearly 16,000 square meters.

The facility is planned to have a built surface of 6,200 square meters and will include 51 apartments, a spa, restaurant and leisure spaces, a community pool, and 100 private parking spaces. The building will consist of two basement levels, a ground floor, and two upper floors.
