Elda City Council opens 2026 Youth Rental Voucher applications

The Elda City Council has opened applications for the 2026 Youth Rental Voucher, a subsidy designed to assist individuals under the age of 35 with housing costs. Eligible applicants can receive €250 per month for a maximum period of two years to cover the rent of a home or a room.

To qualify, applicants must not be relatives of the property owner. Income limits are based on the IPREM (set at €600 monthly): household income must not exceed three times the IPREM, increasing to four times for two young people sharing a residence, or five times for households with three or more people. Additionally, monthly rent must not exceed €650 for a full home or €300 for a single room.

Applications are accepted until September 11 and can be submitted online via digital certificate or Cl@ve Permanente. In-person applications can be made by appointment at the Xaloc Housing Office in Elda.
