Elderly Man Falls from Ladder During Cemetery Tree Removal in Matsuyama, Remains Critical

A man in his 70s was found unconscious on a road inside a cemetery in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture, after apparently falling from a 2.5‑metre ladder while cutting down a tree. The victim, a 74‑year‑old resident of the nearby North‑Saien district, was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
