Mexico reports multiple fatalities including suspected homicide and poisoning

Multiple tragic incidents involving deaths have been reported across various Mexican regions. In Tijuana, an elderly couple, Silverio (77) and María (64), were found dead in their home with gunshot wounds to the head. Authorities are investigating a possible double homicide, noting that the victims rented a room to individuals allegedly linked to criminal activities.

In Chihuahua, a 70-year-old man was found deceased in his rented apartment, an event highlighting the social isolation of the elderly. Additionally, the body of 43-year-old José Andarik Páez Ortiz, who had been missing since late August, was discovered on the Chihuahua-Ciudad Juárez highway.

In Michoacán, a 68-year-old man named Antonio G. was found dead near a dam in La Providencia after being reported missing. Preliminary findings suggest his death may be related to health complications rather than violence.

In Zapotiltic, Jalisco, four family members, including two minors, were found dead in their home. Investigators suspect carbon monoxide poisoning resulting from the use of a gasoline-powered generator inside the residence.
