EleBank to open first physical office in Causeway Bay

EleBank, a Hong Kong-based digital bank formerly known as Airstar Bank, will open its first physical office in Causeway Bay on 15 October 2026. Located on the ground floor of Hong Kong Mansion on Yee Wo Street, the two-story facility spans over 1,600 square feet.

The office will operate seven days a week from 10 AM to 9 PM. While the branch will not provide cash withdrawal services, it will offer account opening guidance, mobile app tutorials, customer support, and assistance with offline identity verification. The bank also intends to use the space as a financial education hub, hosting seminars on topics such as financial planning, savings management, and fraud prevention.

To mark the opening, EleBank is offering several promotions. Customers visiting the store can participate in a lucky draw for prizes including a gold ornament valued at HK$500,000 and an 88% per annum HKD time deposit rate booster. New customers using the code ‘ELECWB’ can access a gift package worth over HK$1,000, which includes an 18% per annum HKD time deposit rate booster, stock awards, and cash vouchers.
