Elecom announces new silent keyboard and monitor arm

Elecom Co., Ltd. has announced the launch of new computer peripherals, including a redesigned silent keyboard and a gas-spring monitor arm, scheduled for release in late August.

The new silent keyboard features a redesigned membrane structure intended to reduce typing noise by 90% compared to the company’s standard models while maintaining a tactile feel. It supports multi-device connectivity via Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless, allowing up to three devices to be registered. The keyboard includes a dedicated Copilot key for Microsoft’s AI assistant and is available in both full-size and mini versions.

Additionally, the company is releasing a gas-spring monitor arm designed to maximize desk space. The arm features a slim 5mm clamp to reduce visual clutter and a 5-axis design that allows for 360-degree rotation. It supports monitors between 13 and 32 inches and utilizes a VESA-compliant quick-release system for easy installation.
