Elecom launches new dual-port USB Type-C AC chargers

Elecom Co., Ltd. has announced the mid-September release of new USB Type-C dual-port AC chargers designed for smartphones and earphones. The product lineup includes two distinct models to suit different charging needs.

The first model supports USB Power Delivery with a maximum output of 20W when using a single port. The second model supports both USB Power Delivery and PPS (Programmable Power Supply), offering up to 30W output for a single port. This higher-capacity model utilizes GaN II Plus technology to achieve a more compact size and includes Thermal Protection to monitor and control temperatures for enhanced safety.

Both models feature a compact design with foldable plugs, making them suitable for travel. They are available in two aesthetic options: a simple white design and the popular ‘Shiro-chan’ model. The products are compliant with the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act (PSE) in Japan.
