Electric Callboy launches album “Tanzneid” and announces global tour

German metal band Electric Callboy released the single “The Way You Are”, a blend of late‑90s pop‑boy‑band melody and their signature deathcore heaviness, as a preview for their upcoming album Tanzneid. The album, slated for release on 7 August 2026, spans a wide stylistic range, from melancholic and dark tracks to kitsch‑pop moments and even a punk‑rock collaboration with US group The Offspring.

To support the release, the band unveiled an extensive world‑tour programme. Dates begin with an album‑release party in Berlin, followed by shows across Germany, Japan, Australia, and Europe through early 2027, including venues in Dublin, Manchester, Nottingham, Bournemouth, Cardiff, Toulouse and Bordeaux. The tour will feature special guests, elaborate stage setups and a full‑size “TEKKNO TRAIN”.
