Electric Callboy releases heavy new single “The Way You Are”

German electronicore band Electric Callboy has issued the single “The Way You Are,” the latest preview of their upcoming album TANZNEID, due on August 7. The track opens as a nostalgic late‑1990s‑style boy‑band love song before abruptly shifting into a crushing death‑core arrangement, a contrast the band described as “one of the most unexpected songs we’ve ever released.”

The accompanying video follows the same concept, beginning with classic boy‑band visuals and ending in a horror‑inspired, blood‑soaked finale. Electric Callboy will celebrate the album’s release with a party in Berlin on 7 August and will continue touring with dates announced across Japan, Australia, the United Kingdom and throughout Europe, including stops in Dublin, Manchester, Paris, Amsterdam and more.

The release adds to a string of singles that have built anticipation for TANZNEID, such as “RATATATA,” “Hypercharged,” “Let The Good Times Roll,” and “Elevator Operator.”
