Electric Picnic 2026 expands lineup with Van Morrison and new headliners

The Irish music festival Electric Picnic, scheduled for the end of summer 2026 in Stradbally, has added three new acts to its programme: Amble, Van Morrison and Aaron Rowe. The festival’s headline slots are set with Gorillaz on Saturday, Dublin rock group Fontaines D.C. closing on Sunday, and Lewis Capaldi performing on Friday. Additional performers include Sombr, Zara Larsen, Skepta, Wunderhorse and Geese, among others.

Fans have responded positively to the expanded roster, with many praising it as the best line‑up in the event’s history, while a few expressed lukewarm reactions. The announcement follows earlier confirmations of other acts such as CMAT, Role Model and the Starburster hitmakers, and comes as the festival prepares for its final weeks of planning.
