Electric vehicle range rankings reveal top performing models
Recent automotive evaluations have highlighted significant trends in the electric vehicle (EV) market, specifically regarding driving range and market performance. Despite a decline in EV deliveries and market share during the first half of the year, there has been a recent uptick in purchases following the removal of federal tax incentives.
In terms of driving range, the Rivian R1S leads the group of popular models with 410 miles. Other top performers include the Tesla Model 3 (363 miles), Tesla Model Y (357 miles), Cadillac Lyriq (326 miles), Ford Mustang Mach-E (320 miles), Chevrolet Equinox (319 miles), and the Hyundai Ioniq 5 (318 miles). While the Tesla Model Y remains a dominant brand, its popularity among all vehicles sold in the US has seen a decline.
