Electricity distributors engage local leaders to address energy infrastructure needs

Electricity distribution companies Adm Elektrik and Gdz Elektrik are conducting community engagement initiatives titled ‘Enerjimiz Muhtarlarımızla’ to address local energy needs through direct dialogue with neighborhood heads (muhtars).

In Denizli, Adm Elektrik met with 50 muhtars from the Merkezefendi district. The discussions focused on infrastructure investments, fault resolution processes, and periodic maintenance. To improve communication, the company introduced specialized channels including a WhatsApp communication line and Stakeholder Relations Specialists to expedite local requests.

In Manisa, Gdz Elektrik held meetings with 118 muhtars from the Soma and Kırkağaç districts. The sessions allowed local leaders to present neighborhood-specific energy demands and concerns directly to management. Similar to the efforts in Denizli, Gdz Elektrik highlighted its online service channels and 186 Call Center to ensure faster response times for community issues.
