Electro-Alfa International reports 18.1% revenue growth in H1 2026
Electro-Alfa International reported a strong financial performance for the first half of 2026, with consolidated revenues reaching RON 364.3 million, an 18.1% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Net profit rose by 8.4% to RON 27.9 million, while EBITDA stood at RON 37.2 million.
The company’s growth was driven by demand for low- and medium-voltage electrical equipment, infrastructure projects, and robust international activity. Exports accounted for approximately 33% of total sales, including deliveries to the United States and projects in Ukraine via international tenders.
Structurally, the company has introduced Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and railway infrastructure as distinct reportable segments. The BESS segment follows the integration of activities from the acquisition of Solar Technologies Consulting and the 51.44 MW BESS project in Șelimbăr. While the EPC segment saw revenue growth of 15.3% to RON 153.6 million, its operating margin decreased to approximately 8.8% due to revenue mix and project cost structures.
Operating cash flow improved significantly to RON 30 million, up from a negative RON 5.6 million in the first half of 2025, primarily due to better trade receivables collection. As of June 30, 2026, total assets reached RON 1.15 billion.
