Electrocash to build commercial park in Villafranca de los Barros

Euro Electrodomésticos Extremadura S. L., owner of Electrocash, has been awarded the contract to construct a new commercial park in Villafranca de los Barros. The project will occupy a 2,600-square-meter plot located next to Mercadona.

The development, named Parque Comercial Electrocash-Villafranca de los Barros, involves an investment of 1.5 million euros. It is expected to create between 15 and 20 direct jobs, in addition to indirect employment in construction and maintenance. The project is designed to focus on retail and dining, while incorporating green spaces, functional visitor areas, and parking.

Financially, the project will generate 370,000 euros for the municipal treasury. Furthermore, the company will provide an annual contribution of 8,000 euros over six years to support local sports clubs in Villafranca.
