Electrolux introduces AI WashAssist for automated laundry optimization

Electrolux has implemented AI WashAssist technology in its SensiCare 600 9 kg BlackPanel washing machine. This system uses AI-driven load detection algorithms to analyze the actual amount of clothing in the drum.

Once the load size is identified, the system automatically adjusts key cycle parameters, including program duration, water consumption, and energy usage. This allows the machine to optimize performance based on the specific weight of the laundry without requiring manual adjustments for every cycle. While the AI manages resource consumption and timing, users must still select the appropriate program based on fabric type, color, and soil level.
