Electronic Arts announces Halloween event for skate
Electronic Arts and developer Full Circle have launched a limited-time Halloween event titled “The Curse of Morg” in the game skate. The event, which runs until November 3, temporarily transforms Grom Island into Morg Island, featuring thematic elements such as night lighting, fog, skeletons, and decaying vegetation.
Players can access the event for free without requiring Rip Chips or a Premium skate. Pass. By completing specific challenges, collecting Morg Symbols, and participating in map activities, players can earn Morg Offerings. These offerings can be delivered to Morg Altars located in San Van and on the island to unlock free limited-time rewards, including the Ghosted Deck, Glowing Gourd Mask, and Sir Spooksalot T-shirt.
In addition to free content, the Extravert Shop will offer paid cosmetic items available for San Van Bucks, such as a Leatherface-inspired skin and themed tattoos. Furthermore, Full Circle is conducting a technical test of a proximity-based voice chat system on Grom Island from October 21 to November 3, allowing players to communicate in real-time based on their in-game positions.
