Electronic Arts is expanding its simulation and sports franchises with new updates and releases. The Sims Medieval brings the classic life-simulation mechanics into a historical setting, allowing players to manage characters, build homes, and navigate social and financial challenges within a medieval world.

In the sports sector, EA FC 27 will introduce significant changes to its Career Mode to enhance realism. Key updates include a multi-phase transfer system designed to replace linear 3D negotiation scenes, and dynamic player attributes. Instead of fixed ratings, player strength will fluctuate throughout a season based on factors such as form, morale, and fitness.
