Electronic Identity Card Caravan visits Feleacu in Cluj County

A mobile service known as the Electronic Identity Card Caravan will operate in the commune of Feleacu, Cluj County, on 29‑30 July. A official from the Cluj County Directorate of Population Records and a representative of the County Office of Database Administration for Population Records will collect applications for the new electronic ID card. The outreach targets residents changing their address, holders of expired or damaged cards, youths aged 14 and other qualifying individuals. Applications can be submitted at the Feleacu town hall between 09:00 and 15:00, open to anyone regardless of domicile. Local town hall staff will assist the officials to ensure the process runs smoothly.
