Electronic music festivals in Belgium and France announce new editions
Several electronic music festivals are preparing for upcoming editions with unique thematic and privacy-focused approaches.
The Hors-Piste Festival in Ougrée, Belgium, is implementing a ‘no photo’ policy to protect attendee privacy and encourage immersion. Organizers will place stickers over smartphone camera lenses at the entrance, a practice inspired by underground club culture in Berlin. The event features international and local techno artists, including Amotok, Adriana Lopez, and Marie Pravda.
In France, the Hadra Trance Festival is celebrating its 25th anniversary at the Vieure water feature in Allier. This 17th edition marks the beginning of a three-year ‘Solar punk’ trilogy focused on eco-responsible living and an optimistic future. The festival includes multiple music stages, art installations, and a dedicated space for conferences and wellness activities.
