Elektra Festival celebrates hydroelectric heritage in Pallars

The third edition of Elektra, the Festival of Water and Light, took place in Pallars, focusing on the region's hydroelectric history and heritage. The event featured various activities, including a guided tour of an anti-aircraft bunker from the Civil War and a lecture by Imma Boj regarding 20th-century migration linked to large hydroelectric works.

To engage younger audiences, the festival included a collaborative Minecraft adventure titled ‘Clock Against: Let's Save the Sant Antoni Dam,’ which virtually reconstructed the Sant Antoni dam to teach local history. The program concluded with traditional music performances and a water festival.
