PAOK FC appeals to UEFA over Andrija Živković suspension

PAOK FC has launched an official appeal to UEFA regarding the two-match suspension handed to captain Andrija Živković. The club is seeking to have the penalty reduced to a single match to ensure the Serbian winger is available for the critical UEFA Conference League Play-Off second leg against Brann.

The appeal follows Živković’s direct red card during the match against Anderlecht. PAOK management considers the dismissal unjust and aims for an immediate ruling so the player can travel to Bergen, Norway, for the decisive fixture on August 27. The club emphasizes that Živković’s presence is vital for their European campaign, noting his significant impact in recent matches, including a goal and two assists in the league opener.
