Elena Grițco criticizes PAS legislative amendments in Moldova

Elena Grițco, a deputy from the Nostru Party, has criticized the ruling PAS parliamentary majority for the quality of legislation being passed in Moldova. During an appearance on EXCLUSIV TV, Grițco argued that amendments introduced by PAS deputies between the first and second readings often fundamentally alter the original content of bills, sometimes causing them to lose alignment with European Union standards.

Grițco specifically noted that laws intended to facilitate European integration are being modified in ways that strip them of their EU-related objectives. She urged the majority to exercise greater responsibility and to consult more closely with sector experts and economic actors. She warned that legislative initiatives adopted without sufficient analysis or consultation are often impractical and are causing significant difficulties for the business community.
