Cesenatico Hosts National FitKid and AcroFreedance Championships
The Villaggio Accademia in Cesenatico staged the National FitKid and AcroFreedance Championships, featuring more than 400 athletes competing for titles and qualification spots for the European Championships. Winners in the senior categories included Sofia Marazzina (FitKid) and Mirko Donsanto (AcroFreedance), while champions such as Viola Maffei, Martina Tani, Dajana Fiore and others secured gold in the A‑level divisions. Organiser Gabriella Crosignani highlighted the event’s role as the “capital of acrobatic sport” in Italy, noting the high technical standards and the opportunity for top performers to advance to continental competition. The championships were overseen by judges from the national federation (Fisac) and included special awards for technical‑artistic excellence and choreography.
