Elettra Lamborghini returns to host ‘Boss in Incognito’ with Caffè Motta

The docu-reality series ‘Boss in Incognito’ returns for its twelfth season on Rai 2, hosted by Elettra Lamborghini. The new season begins with a four-episode cycle featuring Caffè Motta, a historic coffee roasting company based in Salerno, Italy.

Camilla Mastromartino, the company’s communications manager and a third-generation family member, will participate in the experiment. Under the guise of a documentary on labor reintegration, Mastromartino will spend a week performing various roles, including logistics, coffee roasting, capsule production, and delivery.

Caffè Motta is a significant ‘Made in Italy’ industrial entity with an annual turnover of approximately 30 million euros. The company produces roughly 3 million kilograms of coffee, 125 million coffee pods, and 50 million capsules per year, exporting products to Europe, America, and Africa.
